Carousel Studio · Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy says what Carousel Studio (a tool by Triignite) stores, why, and how to remove it.

What we store

  • What you make in the app: workspaces, carousels, templates, campaigns, captions and plans.
  • Pictures you upload, pick from stock photo sites or make with AI, and the pictures of posts you publish.
  • For each Instagram or TikTok account you connect: its id, username, display name, profile picture and the access tokens those platforms give us, so the app can publish the posts you choose.
  • A list of what was posted, where and when.

What we use it for

Only to run the app for you: show your work, write and design posts, and publish them to your connected accounts. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never post anything you didn't post or approve.

Services we use

  • Our server (Amazon Web Services) stores the app's data and pictures.
  • AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) receive the text and pictures needed when you use AI features.
  • Cloudflare storage holds post pictures briefly while Instagram downloads them; they are deleted within a day.
  • Instagram (Meta) and TikTok receive the posts you publish, through their official APIs.

TikTok and Instagram data

We only request the permissions needed to show which account is connected and to publish your posts. Tokens are kept on our server, never shown in the browser, and are deleted when you disconnect the account.

Removing your data

  • Disconnect an account in Settings → Where we post, or remove the app's access in your Instagram or TikTok settings.
  • Delete pictures, carousels, campaigns or a whole workspace in the app; their data and files are removed.
  • Or ask the person who gave you access, and we remove everything of yours.

Changes
